Hi, I have uploaded several PDF files to my website yesterday, and all worked fine. Today, none are working. Please view this link to one of the pages and perhaps you can provide some assistance.

    thank you for contacting us.

As document rendering is done server side by Google service, reducing size of original document can avoid connection timeouts.

Morover, there's a per-file bandwidth limit set by Google for non-native (that is non Google Docs) document formats, and it seems like you've reached it for today.

I'd suggest to reduce the size of the pdf or convert it to Google Docs format and share it in RapidViewer as remote document.

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

    Best regards.
